This is a scene from "Your friend the Rat."
Where Remy and Emile persuades us humans on how to have a more friendly approach on them.

Remy, the clever little bluish gray one, gives his interpretation on history of rats while Emile does biology/anatomy about them. SO CUTE. :XD:

In this picture, Remy approaches the lonely dragon ( or should I say a 'Linguini' dragon) that he means no harm (since it was the year of 1348 of the Bubonic Plague/ Black Death) and pointing out the fleas, or the Xenopsilla Cheopsis causes the whole thing of the plague.

Poor dragon is the last kind of the European dragon to be given a warning on this and Remy (who seems immune to it) does all he can to avoid the plague from coming near them.

He tried as he can to persuade humans...but as the obvious...not fortunate enough to speak his voice out loud.

I just have to draw this. Remy and the hidden Linguini(s) are way cute as a simple concept of 2D.

I'm glad you liked it. I did it in appreciation of the Pixar short film, which was the longest length film of 11 min. "Your Friend the Rat".

There were many Linguini(s) in 2D as different 'forms' in the film and i thought they were so adorable.

The most adorable kinds were during the scene of the Medieval Times.

Here's the link of the show if you would like to watch. It's really cute (if you like history and science)...[link]

Thank you so much for the fave and comments on my rawings. It means a lot. :aww:

Thanks. Every time I see the random Linguini(s) in different forms from the short I would :giggle: then say AWWWWwwwww! I tried to make him look exactly as it is from the film.

It's too bad Remy doesn't say his name and refers him as.."This-is-a-man". We know that, but what's his name? Oh well. We can state the obvious that it is Linguini anyways.

I love 2D style. Pixar should make make more of those...either for film shorts or for an end credit of a movie.

Try counting how many hidden Linguini(s) there are and tell me including the hidden Wall-E.

Enjoy!

Ha-ha! Nice interpretation of Linguini as a dragon! You effectively captured the style of the traditional artwork featured in the Your Friend the Rat short, as well. Keep up the good work! :aww:

Linguini as a dragon looks so huggable. :glomp: including Remy. I hope Pixar makes some more 2D concept art in the future.
